Some days just go right...

I've been trying to figure out some of the things that makes my mood better. Its funny.. I get really excited when people actually laugh at my jokes. I get absolutly giddy. Doesn't always work that way... I actually had one joke backfire so badly that I had a married couple start fighting... hehe... but... lately... either I've been getting funnier...or I've got REALLLLY good friends who love to humor me. Either way... I'm good with it.

Lately.. I've been finding myself face down from the administrations of easy prey...and...some...not so easy prey, but all the same; I'd like to not die so much. I believe this is the real trick to Red Mage is the ability to sleep links and silence mages... But I was in the nest and was farming/xping/skilling off of lizards. I pulled more than one link, but survived. Until...I pulled 8...and the epic battle ensued. I was doing well, until my NPC took hate. So.. I tried to flash the lizard...and flashed... a witch hazel instead. Now the hazel is the same as the lizard.. but.. agro one, you agro them all, and I was down to 1 lizard and 2 hazel... when a "blockhead" took me to zero. Thankfully, Jen was able to come raise me.

What this meant to me... I need a little edge to improve the odds. So, I sought out to make a bloody sword; special for paladin. Much to my delight.. I had my first HQ on a high level synth: Carnage Sword! This sword is really neat..and can compete very well with the Gluttony Sword damage over time. I'm planning to keep it in my bazaar for a while to brag a bit. Might finally trade it for one thing or another I need.
